The following are the specific attributes used as a framework for dental education at Kamineni institute of dental sciences:
1) Clinical Competence: Graduates are trained proficiently by expertise in diagnosing, treating, and preventing oral health conditions. They are passed with the ability to perform dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more.
2) Communication Skills: Dentists need strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, explain treatment options, and provide guidance for maintaining oral health. The students are trained to expertise their oratory skills through regular conduction of micro lesson planning, roleplays, and seminar presentations.
3) Professionalism: This attribute encompasses ethical behavior, integrity, responsibility, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Dentists are expected to act in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
